
Ohhh yea! This month is all about the booty! 🍑
For the month of September, each day we will complete 30 reps of different squat variations.
They do get a little more challenging as the month goes on, but I know you are all capable! Be sure to follow our Facebook and Instagram pages for daily demos of all moves along with modifications. Feel free to add weights for an extra challenge as well.
As we have done with all challenges, each Sunday we will have a drawing for some pretty awesome prizes. We’ve given away giant water bottles, foam rollers, PVT tanks, planners, and so much more! All you have to do is post that you have completed the move in our private group or tag us on Facebook or Instagram to enter.
Also quick note: I have some of you saying you are still doing the challenges but are too nervous to post your pics and videos! Our Facebook group is PRIVATE so only we will see it and there is no judgement at all in here! We wanna see your beautiful faces! BUT if you still don’t want to post pic or video, That’s totally cool, no pressure!
Instead, You can simply post a pic of your calories burned on your watch, post a sweaty selfie, a gif or quote related to the day, or anything! Just let us know you’re joining so you can be entered to win some goodies! I don’t want y’all missing out just because you’re uncomfortable recording. Let us help you and keep each other accountable!
Lastly, it’s ok to join late or miss a couple days!!! Just because you miss a few days or a week, that doesn’t mean you can’t hop in whenever! Just do it!! Our challenges are meant to be fun and something just to keep you moving.
