While an e-Book was always part of my plan, the ever-evolving situation in our world certainly pushed this to the top of my list. We have made the decision to pause in-person classes to do our part to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community. I know that many other gyms are also closed and there are so many in our fitness community self-isolating at home with minimal equipment and their families. This e-Book contains one month of workouts and they are ALL bodyweight exercises so you can do them anywhere and they can be for everyone in the household.
