1st- Our 2nd ebook is now available! The e-Book is being sent to all those on our mailing list first! This ebook will contain 24 weighted workouts so definitely finish ebook 1 before starting this. (If you don’t have the first, let me know and I’ll send it to you!)
2nd- I’m going to continue to offer all of my services completely FREE! I understand that many of us are having to cut finances and I don’t want your fitness and health to take a back seat as a result. I’m hosting zoom workouts 4 days a week and also doing Saturday morning public workouts now. You can join our private Facebook group where I will post all of our videos. If you can’t make the live workouts, you can just go to the group and rewatch and complete them on your own time.
3rd- Although I’m offering everything for FREE, I still have some friends asking how they can support me and this biz! Starting today, I’ll be accepting donations for PVT. You don’t have to send anything if you are not able to. I do work a full time job at HEB so I am currently getting plenty of hours! If you do want to donate anything, the money will go towards all things PVT! I’ll use it to continue writing ebooks, renew my personal trainer certificate, or take a continuing education class. The money will not go towards anything other than PVT! Again donations are not needed but if anyone would like to, that option is open. I’ll drop my info below.
Lastly, we do have tees and tanks available for sale! Reach out to Vanessa Vaughan Graphic Design to place an order! I’ll post the different design options in the comments.
